Executive Director
Irving Blue graduated from Alabama A&M University in 1997 with a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning concentrating on Housing and Economic Development.With 10 years of experience in the field of real estate development, social planning and public sector funding, Irving was hired as Executive Director for Forest Park Southeast Development Corporation in April 2003. As Executive Director, he is responsible for organizational management and community revitalization initiatives.
Ralph Martinez
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, Ralph’s duties include meeting the needs of the tenants of the Development Corporation’s owned or managed properties. Ralph served this neighborhood in various capacities over the past five years while working for Adams Elementary and the Adams Park Community Center. He looks forward to continuing his work servicing the community he calls home.
Jacquline Roberson
Bookkeeper
Jackie is the Bookkeeper for Forest Park Southeast Development Corp. and has been in this position since September 2005. Her job consists of Accounts Payable/Receivable, and she also assists in other areas as needed. She brings to Forest Park Southeast Development Corporation customer service and banking/finance experience as well. She attended Forest Park Community College and Flo-Valley Community College with an emphasis in Business.
