Our streets, alleys, lights, signs, bridges, trees, and public land tell a story. By making improvements in these areas, we let people know that we care about our environment and we respect and value the people who live and visit here. Enhancing the visual appeal and usefulness of our public infrastructure requires the active participation of government and citizens.
