New website: Forest Park Southeast Development Corporation has just launched its new website, fpsedc.org, part of the 17thWardstl.org portal. The site offers updates about initiatives designed to improve our community, as well as information about living in and visiting our area. Chouteau Apartments: Three projects, including a 200-unit apartment building, have been proposed for the former site of the Laclede Gas storage tank at Chouteau and Taylor.
Manchester Streetscape: A plan is in the works for a new streetscape along Manchester Avenue from Taylor to Sarah.
17th Ward Community Awards: Community leaders, developers and volunteers were honored at the 17th Ward Holiday Party & Awards Ceremony at the St. Louis Woman's Club.
Grove CID: A Community Improvement District for Manchester's Grove district is proposed to provide funding for streetscape improvements, lighting, beautification and security.
Park East IV: The Park East IV Townhomes, the first new residential project for Forest Park Southeast Development Corp., will add new urbanist feel to the 4400 block of Gibson.
