New website: Central West End Midtown has just launched its new website, cwemd.org, part of the 17thWardstl.org portal. The site offers updates about development, infrastructure, security and marketing projects going on in our community, as well as information about living in and visiting our area. Please look around and send your comments and suggestions for improving the site to info@cwemd.org.

Citywalk on Euclid: Mills Properties will soon begin construction on Citywalk on Euclid, a seven-story residential development with 188 units and first-floor retail. The project, located at Euclid and West Pine, will replace the Doctors Building.
Park East Lofts: Opus Northwest has begun construction on the Park East Lofts, a six-story condominum building next door to its sister development, the Park East Tower. The project includes a public parking garage with 179 spaces.
Taylor lights: Pedestrian streetlights will soon brighten up Taylor Avenue.
Click here to read more.Neighborhood Security Initiative: Six Special Business Districts in the Central West End have banned together with the Central West End Association, Central West End Midtown Development and Washington University Medical Center for the CWE Safety Initiative.
Park plans: Central West End residents are meeting to plan the new park on Taylor between Lindell and Maryland.
CWE signs: Two new wayfinders have been installed along Euclid, and new CWE signs will direct traffic to the neighborhood.
