American Visions Contemporary Crafts Gift

To help celebrate its 10th anniversary, American Visions Contemporary Crafts is donating 10% of its sales for four Saturdays in October to four wonderful organizations, including the APA! The gallery features a wide selection of jewelry, glass, fibers and other “accessible art,” that includes a number of gift items for animal-lovers.

Norma van Gent, owner of American Visions, has been a longtime APA volunteer and supporter. “I love animals, and I respect the systems in place at the APA to screen animals and potential owners so that each adoption is a lasting one,” says van Gent. “I am also inspired by the volunteers who give their time but also make an emotional investment in order to do this important work.”

The APA’s Development Director Heather Gordon says, “Common perception is that only large corporations can give enough money to make a difference. But even small businesses can make a huge impact on the lives of these animals, and ultimately on their future owners.”

American Visions Contemporary Crafts is located in Rock Hill, at 9854 Manchester Road just east of Berry. For more information, go to their website www.american-visions.com.
